About Us:

Welcome! We are sisters who have embarked on a deeply personal journey shaped by the turbulent waters of mental health challenges. From the depths of childhood neglect and abuse, we navigated through the tumultuous currents of self-harm and suicidal ideation into the sanctuary of resilience and hope.

Our shared experiences have forged an unbreakable bond, igniting within us a passionate determination to transform our pain into purpose. Fueled by the belief that no one should suffer in silence, we founded Mental Spark, a beacon of light in the darkness of mental illness.

At Mental Spark, we are committed to rewriting the narrative surrounding mental health, especially among our youth. Through the power of mentorship, we strive to empower young minds, offering guidance, support, and understanding every step of the way. We believe that by nurturing strong connections and fostering a community of empathy and acceptance, we can break the cycle of suffering and pave the path towards healing and growth.

Our journey is one of resilience, courage, and unwavering determination. Through our non-profit, we aspire to be the guiding stars for those who find themselves adrift in the stormy seas of mental illness, offering them hope, compassion, and a lifeline to a brighter tomorrow. Join us as we journey together towards a world where mental health is prioritized, stigma is shattered, and every individual is empowered to thrive.
